Stayed along the river in our camper. Nice location, the weather turned to cold and wet so would love to come when nice weather. The bathhouse is incredible. Nice showers and bathrooms and private and the laundry was excellent. The playground for the kiddos was fantastic. Didn't use the pool but sure looked great. People were so friendly, both staff and the other campers. Trolley great too. Go there.

Loved this campground! Would recommend to anyone. It was our first trip to Pigeon Forge with our camper and we picked the perfect place. It was clean, close to everything in need, and less than 10 minutes to Dollywood! The staff was super friendly - shout out to Tom for checking in and Teresa and Donna for being so helpful! Can’t wait to go back!

Most enjoyable campground in Tennessee. We love spending our vacations with you all. You all are so nice, and we feel greatly blessed to know each and everyone of you!! You have been like family to us. The bath house is nice and clean,as always. Do your laundry while showering. Campgrounds are well kept,and very nice. You can't beat the staff they are wonderful!! # 1 recommended in my book!

We had a fantastic stay at the farmhouse. Close to attractions and easy to access. Rooms were awesome and the house was clean and nice. Staff was super friendly and caring. Looking forward to staying there again.

Very nice campground. Clean and spacious bath house and laundry facility. We needed handicap accessibility and were upgraded to a concrete site right by the bath house that worked extremely well for us. Will stay here again our next trip. Thank!

Absolutely love camping here. This made our third year in a row and each time has been amazing. Fun events, places for the kids to play and just all round fun. Quiet, and relaxing. Pet friendly and people positive. The small river flowing behind where we camped was very relaxing. Watching other people enjoy the water as well as the ducks and geese only added to the ambience.

We stayed 5 nights and had a great time! Pros: Bath house was clean (as always) laundry facility easy to use with my credit card at the machines. We had a concrete site & everyone around us was friendly. Cons: Our fire pit had a lot of cigarette butts & some trash in it from the previous campers. (We cleaned it out ourselves ) there is now a $25 lock fee to ensure you will get the site you choose, book & pay for. (Other campgrounds in the area are doing same thing) All & all we had a great time!

Great camping spot on the river. We made sure we had a spot backup to the river. It was very pleasant listening to the water. This was in Nov so we did not get to enjoy the water but next time we will come back in the summer. We did not use any of the facilities so I cannot comment on that. The camp grounds looked well-kept and there was a wonderful playground (I don't have kids but it looked nice to me) with a really cool dragonfly teeter totter!! You are in walking steps to get to a trolley stop and close driving to the rest of the area. We will be back in the summer. I tried to upload a video but no go :(
